Hi Rich, I would suggest trying the Wisconsin State Cartographer’s Office (https://www.sco.wisc.edu/) or the University of Wisconsin Map Library (https://maplibrary.geography.wisc.edu/)

Someone must know how to order this aerial photo of Chequamegon National Forest.

Richard, I posted this map 15 years ago. I either got it from the Wisconsin DNR or the USGS. I did a quick search of their sites and did not find it. This map (or a map tool) may have been in an early version of mapping tool. Sorry I can not be of further help.
